Lesya is our dedicated office manager with a knack for keeping things organized and efficient. She is committed to creating a positive environment for all patients and ensures that everything runs smoothly. She is always willing to go the extra step when helping with insurance and scheduling. Being here every morning bright and early, guarantees that the day will go well for both the team and patients.

Lesya may have grown up in Minnesota, but that certainly does not tie her down. She loves to travel and explore new places with her fiance any chance she gets. She is always spending time with family and friends and can often be found fishing, playing volleyball or hanging out by a bonfire. She spends a lot of her time at Lifetime fitness whether it be weightlifting, boxing, or relaxing in the sauna.

She truly enjoys working at our team and wants to help each and every patient feel welcome and part of the France Dental family!

Neha is from Edina, MN. She graduated from University of New York in 2013 and has been with our practice for the last 4 years.

As a dental hygienist, she is passionate about educating patients on proper oral hygiene and the importance of preventative care.

She is excellent in developing strong bonds with her patients, finding satisfaction in getting to know them and becoming a trusted source of oral health information.

Outside dentistry, she loves spending time with her family which includes her husband and three kids. She enjoys trying new restaurants and in the summertime, going to the beach every chance she gets.

Jennifer (Jenny) is from Savage, MN and has been there for the last 12 years. She lives with her two kids - Zachary and Maggie. Their beautiful family also has another member - Lexi - a German shorthair pointer who is 3 yrs old keeps them very very busy.

She graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene and has been with our practice for the last 13 years. Jenny loves working here and says that we've built a great team here between our patients and staff.

She loves working with people and absolutely loves her patients. She says she wouldn't want to do anything else.

As a dedicated Dental Assistant with already 2 years of hands on experience at France Dental, Shima brings both skill and compassion to every patient interaction. She was born in India, grew up in Abu Dhabi, and moved to the U.S in 2019, after her graduation in dentistry from India.

She is passionate about building trust, creating a comfortable environment, where patients feel truly heard, seen and supported. Be it assisting in procedures or simply connecting on a personal level, she strives to make a positive impact every day.

Outside of work, she enjoys expressing herself through singing, dancing and drawing- creative outlets that keep her balanced, energized and inspired in everything she does.

Shima believes growth and progress is a team effort and considers everyday as a platform to learn and improvise together.

Lyuda is a Registered Dental Assistant at our Dental office. She was born in Russia and moved to the USA with her husband and three children in 2000. She received her degree from Dakota Technical College in 2004 and has been with us ever since.

She really enjoys helping people and hopes to make their lives better with pain-free dental care. She became a grandma recently and says her life is now complete! Someone who cares very much for her family, Lyuda enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling.

Lyuda loves working with our team at 7300 France Dental and hopes to continue making our patients smile!
